So many  placards seem to sprout announcing lots for sale here in Villa Josefina Subdivision. Many of the owners have already migrated abroad, others have established residence in other parts of Davao. Buying a high valued residential lot is a good investment, right? Five years ago, lots cost at P4,000.00 /sq.m.  but now, some are already selling it at as high as P6,000.00/sq.m.  Hmmm… now I’m thinking, maybe purchasing lots  at gated subdivisions as an investment is more profitable than buying a farm lot. Although I would love to see myself  resting and fanning under my mango tree when I grow old, investing in these types of lots  is more or less a sure way to earn money later on, right? What do you think? I would love to hear your comments.
